False allegation of dowry , abuse my old parents

Wife donot wants to live in a joint family, she threatened me of false allegation of dowry, abuses my old parents , what should i do first??

You may prepare one detailed written complaint by mentioning the behaviour and threats given by your wife to you and file the said written complaint to concerned police station and get the acknowledgement of police station on duplicate copy of the said written complaint. It will be useful to you in future if wife tries to file any false complaint against you.

Hi, you have to file complaint against her for criminal intimidation and if she stop cohabiting with you then you can file petition for restitution of conjugal rights against your wife. The abuse to your parents is part of me tal harassment with you and your parents
