Fake Signature on 41A notice by Investigation officer

18-Aug-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Sir, in my 498a case the io has submitted 41a notice with my fake signature in chargesheet in court. Can I file a complaint against Io in court or to SP DGP of police.

Yes...you should immediately approach the court and file a complaint in writing against that IO who had put your forged signature in the chargesheet. The IO has done forgery which is a criminal offence under the law.

This is a serious offence. Yes a complaint well drafted through an Advocate can be filed against the Investigating Officer for forgery of Your signatures and registration of FIR with the DCP concerned. An application can be filed before the Judge also.

Yes you can put this in the notice of the court and the court will summon the IO who has forged your signature and the court can also direct the Investigating officer (IO) to prove that the signatures are endorsed by you and not him.

yes you can file a complaint against the IO in the court, before DGP, DCP and other authority. for that you have understood the consequences of false allegations once you file a complaint you cannot take it back and have to follow the procedure established by law.
