Fake pyar and marriage promise

Last December 2023 to till date too my bf relationship with me now he is ignoring me ..and he said that I don't want to continue relationship with you.
First of all rather than going legally you should serve him a legal notice and in that notice you can write that as to why he is doing all these weird things and you can also warn him that you can always approach the police according to your jurisdiction.
