Fake dowry case by bride after 3 year of marriage

Meri merriage Feb 2016 me Hui thi after Feb 2018 se hum dono alag rah rahe hai settlement ki koi baat nahi hoti hai koi bhi talaq ki pahal pahle nahi karna Chata ab bride ne 1 week pahle husband ,sasur, brother in law ke upar dowry ka and physical abuse ka case kar diya wo bhi jab alag 17 month se rah rahe hai tab please give me some advise

a criminal writ can be moved before Hon'ble High Court challenging the First Information Report in order to get the first information report quashed or obtaning a stay order from getting arrested as under such complaint the police officer do arrest the alleged accused and if you will obtain a stay order then the concerned officer will not dare to arrest
