If wife lodge a fake complaint against husband what husband should do when police is not helping and he is in custody what is best next step for bail please help

hello as per your query I would suggest you to file for bail before district court if that is rejected then to high court.
And after obtaining it go for quashing of FIR.

you can apply for bail in lower Court. and if your bail is rejected from Lower court then you can move to High Court for bail bail can be given depending on the merit of the case means evidence , witnesses.
