Failure of paying minor child maintenance

I have order for minor child maintenance. Father doesn't pay child maintenance for current month .how to claim that. What is the procedure.Can I apeal for that in high court

if your husband is not paying maintenance then the remedy lies in getting the order of maintenance executed from the lower court itself. appeal before the Hon'ble High Court is not attracted in such cases and your remedies are exclusively restricted within the domain of the court which passed the order/decree.

you can file execution petition in the same court in the matter. firstly apply for the certified copy of the order which you want to execute. then file the execution. execution court has right to issue warrant against husband if he doesn't not comply with the order of the court.

no need to file appeal for the same as high court expenses are pretty huge you need proper guidance for executing your husband over an order of arrest so that he pays off on time and also pay the entire dues
