Facing problems with lawyer in annulment of marriage case

I filed for annulment through a lawyer but he took his lump sum fees before case itself and is now asking fees per hearing also and for some hear he never came also. What should I do. I want to file case for compensation also in addition to my annulment case but my current lawyer has just fought with I don’t think he will continue the case.
Fee structure depends on the lawyer and it varies widely. If you are not satisfied with your lawyer's service then you can go for some other lawyer by getting change of vakalath. It's kind of no-objection from your previous lawyer.

you can change a new layer and engage a new layer for an element case if you are not satisfied with bol na yaar not a matter regarding this fixes each and every lawyer can vary with fee structure change their lawyer with another fee structure so you cannot tell it is you who choose the lawyer as per every lawyer has their own fee structure

File a change of vakalat so that a new advocate will proceed for the case on behalf of you ..and file a complaint before the bar council about that advocate.. Disciplinary committee will enquire the issues and if they found guilty of that advocate he is profession will be suspended for a period of time..
