facing continuous emotional distress in my marriage

13-Apr-2025 (In Divorce Law)
Key Issues: Emotional Abuse & Constant Blame: I am regularly blamed for personal and professional decisions. My spouse belittles me during times of stress or transition, rather than offering support. I face emotional drama and guilt-tripping on a regular basis. Disrespect Toward My Family: My spouse avoids and disrespects my parents. My children are not allowed to have any contact with my side of the family (paternal relatives), while full access is allowed to her side (maternal).

hi if you are facing continous harassement from tour inlaws and that you were not allowed to visit them for marriage then you could file petition in court for harassement and seek compensation and damages from that person
