Extra martial affair and want divorce

I am not staying with my husband from last few years. He was toucher me. Because of tourcher I was so mentally disturb.in the mean time I got a friend.. Friendship grows slowly ,he gives me mental support and became more then friend.we r going for outing for 1-2 days.he never used me.i want to give divorce to my husband. If my husband came to know about my material affair, can he filed case against my lover and me?
the affair you are having has been struck of by the apex court so you can seek mutual divorce and go off with your new partner usually problem arises when you ask for money and house if you dont ask then problems wont arise

Yes you can file a divorce if you you don't want to stay with him may sure if he wants or not then you can mutually divorce or it will be constructed divorce for tourchering and mental ly harrassing you can file a case
