Love marriage in 02, son born in 05, left son to my parents since he was 3 months old. Earning alone till 2011 managing all expenses. She got job in bank in November 2011 her illicit relation started in 2012 January with her colleague in bank till 2016 she spoiled my life completely. Caught by son in 2016 December in intimate position all evidence collected from her mobile. Informed court by informatory pettition in 2015 2016 2017 about her suspicious activity and threatening to me. she left house with all precious items and luxurious household items. She returns back after a weak and asking to excuse her and give a chance again she was caught in same situation in April 2017. I left our joint named flat with my son empty hand which was purchased before her job and whole amount paid by me. She filed 498A in December 2017 and envolve all my family members. She again filed a title shoot case for land which was sold by her to my brother.Now filed Divorce case in Bangalore with heavy demand
