Extra marital affair of husband of 7 year

Husband and I married for 7 years. He has now moved out and started live in with a single woman in a different flat for last 9 months and filed for divorce with me. Recently he is saying he wants return to me and lead married life but is not able to do that, as he has to break up with the her nicely.. he says he will take time to come out of the extra marital. Questions: 1) will he be able to come out of the relation? 2) what legal charges she can get on him if he comes out? We are Hindu.

If you have been deceived by your husband then you may take legal action against him by filing complaint under sections of domestic violence. You may also claim for maintenance from him. As far the lady having extra Marital affair with your husband, she has no legal locus to claim anything from your husband

Well, she can lodge a Rape Case against him, if your Husband tries to break up with her. As far as you are concerned, if you have any problem with your Husband's Adultery, you can Divorce him. If you won't Divorce him, you will not be able to marry someone else and your Husband will not be able to marry his GF, but, he can continue Living Relationship with him.
