Extra Marital Affair and cheating by husband

How can I legally file case against my husband for cheating when I have no evidence to prove. All evidence is destroyed by husband. Also I have joint house loan and small kid to take care.

better file for divorce under grounds of cruelty. u can ask for maintenance as well. stop paying home loan if house is with husband in joint name. u can call me if u any further query. Adv jenal busa

hi in this case you can claim divorce on the ground of mental cruelty and adultery you can also claim maintenance for you and your child you can also claim residential rights in the house which is jointly owned

yes for filing any cheating case you would definitely need evidences to prove the allegations. You can file a domestic violence case against your husband if he has caused any mental. or physical torture to u.
