Hello Shaiba. I have perused your query. You can always initiate divorce proceedings and in case your spouse chooses not to respond to the summons then an ex parte divorce will be granted. The process usually takes around 2-6 months. Please feel free to reach out to me in case you wish to discuss the matter in more detail.
Dear Client,
As per your statement you git married with British women , but you have not mentioned where you have married in India or In Britain.
If ,in India and there is proof of your marriage and evidence for , then you can file divorce in indian court.
whereas , you have not stated your date of marriage which is important.
It will take time even fir ex-parte decree by court.
You need to discuss about your case in detail and the way out shortly without delay .
You may consult on my contact number and email , for your concerned problem.
Thanks
