Can I challenge the order giving power of attorney to my friend in India?
Do I will have to be present physically any time during Court case?
What will be the liability of my friend have POA if we lose case while changing it?

first You can not give Power of attorney to any one for any Criminal Matter.You have to be Present by your self to file appeal in high Court.and it is Normally takes 6 to 12 month to decide the appeal
