Exchange of Items Issues from the Second Party

What shall I do if my husbands family and the common relative is not supporting the exchange of items even after 1 month of signing the first Mutual Concent Divorce petition?

hello mam in this matter as your first motion is already signed and now inlaws are teying to create issues in front if you onnthe name of exchange of items as per mutual consent divorce you can take legal action as per the law and can even send them jail agaain and also trach them a lesson in high court also.

File a application in the same court where the mutual divorce took place stating that during the first motion these terms were agreed upon by both the parties for mutual divorce now the other party is refusing to return me my items that were agreed to be returned during the first motion of our divorce.
