Me and my wife both are post graduation doctors. 5 yrs married. No kids. 1 yr separation. My current salary 5.4 Lakhs per month [ both mrg and evg shift] Last 4 yrs my wife salary around 1.2-1.4 lakhs per month [only mrg shift] . My mother there getting family pension of 30k per month. No father. Before marriage also my wife used to get 40k per month. For Me before marriage no income. hi you could defend all those allegations mentioned in the DVC case and that the allegations were of false and is there are any order passed by court for grant of maintenance and then you could question such order by filing appeal in appellate court
