there are some other factors for which you may have the legal remedies to avail like if your boyfriend said to marry you in future. being in a relationship on some promises to fulfill in future and not fulfilling it that just meant to take the advantage. so state your reaso clearly

Yes ,you can file a complaint The process is very simple , you need to send a complaint to the police by speed post Once the police receive the complaint then he will take action,if he does not take ,then file in mm court.

You can file a rape case against him if you had physical relation with him or stalking case if he used to stalk you either physically or digitally or you can file voyeurism case if he has any intimate photos of you

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him a legal notice to figure out what's going on in his mind regarding you. After that if he fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction.
