If the behaviour of your husband and in-laws are intolerable towards you then you can always file for divorce. You can also file a DV case or a case under section 125 CrPC and claim your monthly maintenance or the lump sum alimony payment. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

The Delhi High Court has ruled that if a woman mistreats her in-laws, then she has no right to live in their house. The High Court ruled that a daughter-in-law can be evicted from the aged in-laws’ house as they have the right to live peacefully The court also said that a daughter-in-law does not have an indefeasible right of residence under the Domestic Violence Act Therefore you can be evicted from house of in laws

Sabse pehle toh jis provision ke under aapke saas sasur ne eviction ka case daala hai wo applicable hi nahin hoga because uske liye unka senior citizen hona zaroori hai aur aap keh rahe hain ki unki age 50-55 hai. Us Act ke hisab se senior citizen ki age 60 or above honi chahiye jo ki yahan nahin hai isliye ye case hi maintainable nahin hai. Agar wo 60 ya above hain bhi toh bhi daughter -in- law ko is tarah evict nahin kar sakte kyunki domestic violence act aapko kai remedies deta hai. Kindly call me on my number for further help.
