Endless pain after the Marriage Life

11-Dec-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, I got married (Hindu) in July 2024. She stayed with me for a few days. After few days, she did not return home from her mother place and giving all the irrelevant reasons. There was no consummation due to her refusal and she seeking for divorce now. Is it possible to file for annulment of marriage on the grounds of non consummation of marriage and desertion? I am undergoing severe mental trauma due to this

Dear Sir, Annulment of Marriage has to be filed within one year of marriage if there is no consummation of marriage. Better to get out of the marriage bonds as suggested by your wife. Otherwise she may change her mental setup and file different cases and claim maintenance etc., go for mutual divorce if possible to avoid future complications.
