Emotional and financial abuse and deny entry in marital home

I am a Hindu married to a doctor for nearly 20+ years and have a 20 year old daughter. Husband and I have had problems since beginning of marriage Currently the issue I am facing is that he goes berserk with minor issues and starts abusing my parents and siblings yelling and calling out to people in the building banging doors and concoting stories. We live in the same house and he gives me nominal amount for household expenses. He has over a period of time moved some of his stuff to my mother in law's house. I would like your opinion on the matter if I can prevent him from entering in the marital home due to safety reasons and if I can get more maintenance
Sorry to know about your situation. As you have been subjected to domestic abuses by your husband, you do have remedies with you but before adverting to legal step you should first try to amicably solve the dispute with the help of your friends and relatives.

Yes obviously you can file Criminal application under Domestic Voilence Act and also can claim mentenanc application. You can have protection order that he should not enter within your residential place and can have accomodation right.
