Dear SirMy brother in law married to my sister by stating his false degree as MBA and B.com instead of BA. Further he is involved in betting and been financially ruined. Even he has theft her gold and pledged n soldHe always used to serial lier and very suspicious about his activities. nnMy sister is in mental tourcher due to all thisnnWill my sister get a easy divorce on the above facts even if he don't agree?

Yes. First of all you give notice to him for mutual divorce. If he is not agreed then you can file contested divorce case against him. Mutual divorce case can finish within six months. If you need any further advice please contact me.

yes she has to file a case for divorce on ground of cruelty and also a case for domestic violence and maintenance and on above grounds she will be able to get divorce as well as maintenance or permanent alimony even if her husband does not agree.

if you are able to prove by evidences all those allegations of flaming a false degree and theft of your sister's gold that you are making against your brother in law your sister will get a divorce. Your and your sister's evidence will also be useful.
