Married since 2009.... since 2011, staying separately to avoid domestic quarrel but husband continued the relationship regularly with all time assurance that he will always stay with me. Suddenly on 26.02.24,sent a legal notice , asking me whether I am willing for mutual Divorce. He is the only child. Marriage was happened with my ln law's consent. As per my husband's wish, we didn't go for having our child. Husband is a professional singer and his father is a retired State Govt officer.helpless

What help do you seek? That has not been made clear. If your husband has sent you a legal notice it means that there are now two options for you. Either you agree for the divorce and come to a settlement or else you contest the divorce case. Regards

dear client as per your query you don't want to go for a mutual divorce and legal notice was sended to you asking for mutual divorce so you need to send a reply of the legal notice what you want to do....

You can file several complaints against your husband and his entire family. Once you put them behind bar, they will easily accept your all demands. In favor of wife's there are several remedies so don't need to worry. And no one can force you to give bail. If need more information then contact me
