DV case filed agianst me and my family members
19-Feb-2024 (In Divorce Law)
DV case registered against my family in dec 2022. Till now there has been 4 dates out of which i went to 2 dates but wife did not attend any dates. i want to know how can i get this case dismissed or what is the right course of action
if wife not attend the dates or not appear her advocate then you can prayer to court for dismiss suit in non presence of complainant. surely court dismiss the case on ground of non presence. for more information you can contact us.

itz better for you that you may file petition in high court for quashing fir because if you are innocent and you had done nothing than why u are waiting for case dismissal ....you should approach asap to high court for quashing fir otherwise if there is criminal record against you than it will create lots of problems in ur future life....for further information you can connect me
