Dragging of divorce case too long and husband never pays a penny

My husband wanted a divorce I went for mutual, but even before the hearing happened he disobeyed all the mutual understandings. Then his behaviour compeled me to lodge an FIR then a mat suit and a maintenance case. He and his lawyers rarely visit the court and its been three years I have been going to the court but there is no proceeding. One fine day when out of frustration I spoke to the judge for justice. My own lawyer who turns out to be husband's lawyers friends misbehaved with me. and shouted at me as to why I spoke to the judge. He is least interested to continue with my case. My husband never pays a penny, for my daughter and infact calls me a beggar. Please Please help me and suggest what to do.

okay I understand your questions now you filed Maintainance case but your husband not paid single np so you will file interim maintanance application anseeking maintinance to your kid and you ,okay so your husband will come to track and I need entire detailed to answer perfectly ,do if you need any further legal help contact me thank you

Hi, in this regard,. better you change lawyer, contest your case , if you not interested Divorce, you can file conjugal case. if torture your husband and his family members, you can also complaint / inform police station or you both once a time better necessary for counseling. further information please contact me. thank you
