Dowry & Sexual Harrasment & Alimony case

My wife is threating me to put these cases on me: 1.) Dowry 2.) Sexual Harrassment 3) Physical & Mental Torture 4) Threating and physical assualt. She is residing in my home and she is from hassan. Does she have to file the cases in bangalore or can file in hassan. i cant attend cases since iam working. I dnt have any property in my name and i want to defend the cases such that i dnt need to pay alimony.Since i ve to look after myself and parents(Farmers). What can i do in these issues

she can file in any of the two places. both of you can discuss and go for mutual consent divorce without alimony, even if some alimony is paid also it is the best instead of going through so many cases. these cases will unnecessarily cause harassment and expenditure. instead you may issue legal notice and ask for mutual divorce and move ahead .

Dear Sir, You cannot do anything since the married woman seems to be misusing the provisions of law. You have to protect yourself and your parents if she files any cases against you. Before that only you have to lay foundation by sending a legal notice or filing some case against her for more suggestions contact me in person.

You cannot be prevented from spending the necessary amount to look after yourself and your parents, if you are the only son of your parents. if she files a case you will not be forced to pay any Aly money which is beyond your financial ability.
