Dowry harrasment by my husband

I'm a Hindu married to a Hindu man from other caste ours is love cum arranged marriage my husband is harrassing me for dowry which we failed to give and constantly threating me for dowry, it's jus 6months of marriage I'm facing a lot of verbal harrasment degrading me with caste lot of abusive words on my parents also even he beat me twice. I wasted my entire life for him and I'm not an independent women too he took off my phone and I don't have any access to say what's happening with me

hi if there is dowry harassement from your husband then you could file petition for dowry harassement and section 498A in police station and if he beats you then you could file for domestic violence in court

i will say you first go to police station and give a complain against him in your nearby police station ,then you filed cases against him divorced ,maintainance ,dvc , 498-A .if you show him any negative sign then he will again torture you so bold and face him and give him court warning.

hello mam I ve gone through your query and thereby I suggest you to file a domestic violence case and divorce from your husband as you've mentioned that you re not an independent woman and also I suggest to claim maintainance and alimonyfrom your husband under crpc for maintainance. hope this will be helpful
