My wife and inlwas have filed DV Dowry and Maintence case against me in etawah . I want to file counter cases in lucknow which cannot be transferred to etawah. Any compomemt lawyer of lucknow do reach out to me

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you have proper evidence that what she has filed false allegation give a proper parawise detailed reply to that particular dv and dowry petition and also for maintenance issues you can have paid consultation along with your relevant documents

Dear Client, You should lodge FIR at Lucknow or may File Complaint Case before Court under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. therein Court may direct to lodge FIR to Police Station but your should prove your case before Court.

hello search as per your queries i would suggest you to file a section 9 case and my wife in the matrimonial house or if your satisfied you can proceed and file section 13 clause one subclause of Under cruelty that would be the divorce case for the resistance wanted contact me with a registered mobile number
