Dowry, domestic violence , no clothes provided by in laws of 6.5 month

My husband makes me strave for 10 days. His mother add so much mirchi in my food, whenever I eat that i get allergy. Neither he takes me to dr nor give me money for treatment. He beat me ( twisted and hands and lrgs and cover my mouth. So, i can't ask for help. The family demands money off and on. He never gives me money to fulfill my basic needs. Not even a single clothes for me of 6.5 month old marriage. It's been 3 months i came back to my family.
Query perused. I would advise you to avail legal rights available to a married woman. You can file a complaint under section 12 of the domestic violence act and seek interim maintenance, return of streedhan, separate residence order and compensation.
