mere dost ne 2nd shadi ek divorcy lady se ki thi , us lady ne first shadi me dowry case laagaya jo 11 year chalaya tha or alimony le k 11 year baad divorce diya ,to kya wo dusri baar b dowry ya koi or case laga sakti hai?nkyuk mere dost ko divorce chaiye to plz suggest kare k kya karna chaiye

जी हां वह दूसरी बार भीकेस लगा सकती है क्योंकि अगर दूसरी बार शादी हुई है तो दूसरी बार दहेज भी दिया जा सकता है और हिंसा भी की जा सकती है किंतु उसे सख्त साबित करना एक अलग विषय है जब आपके दोस्त ने शादी की थी तब क्या लेनदेन हुआ था अभी उसका व्यवहार कैसा है और आपके दोस्त को उसे डायवोर्स kyon चाहिए यह सारे बिंदु विचारणीय है

Apke facts pe depend karta hai real issue kya hai. Divorce toh mil sakta hai. But grounds pata hone chahiye ki kya grounds pe milega. Nothing stops you from taking divorce. You can take it as many times as you marry.

u can proceed to file the divorce case ,dont have to worry because earlier the lady has filled a dowry case and u only have to get they copy FIR /Proceedings of that case and file an application to the police so that they will not immediately take any action against ur friend ,ask them not to register FIR if she approaches the police . bilkul laga sakti hai... apke dost ne 2nd sadi ki hai after divorce to merrage to legal ki hai na rights to uske banjate hain sadi k sath hi wife wale agar apne demand ki h ya ni but wo ap per allegation to laga sakti hai ...yes divorce bhi hojayega ap kisi advocate ki madat se divorce petition file krain family court mai
