Dowry and domestic violence case made against inlaws

My self mamta(hindu) my inlaws and husband had been forcing me to take divorce from my consent. And for which they tortured me mentally and physically and kept asking me to get the money and jewellery from my parents. My inlaws asked my husband not to make any physical relationship with me. So that I can left their home. After bearing all these things since long I came with my parents and filed a case against them. But I do not want to give divorce to my husband as it will spoil my complete life kindly suggest . What should I do ?

Hello you must file domestic violence case and bring the case to mediation and during mediation you can show intention that you don't want divorce but want to stop only domestic violence, mediator will help you to restore strained relations

File a case under Domestic Violence Act and also claim maintenance from the husband through the court. The case should contain all the information about the treatment being faced by you at the hands of the husband and in-laws
