Doubts related to Divorce case

Sir, I heard that divorce case should be filed before 7 years of marriage. 1) Is it accepted if CSR from police station is available before 7 years and case in court can be filed later also? 2) Or is it enough if FIR copy is available before 7 years and case in court can be filed later also? 3) In above 2 cases is it possible to say this CSR or FIR is invalid due to some reasons and make the court case invalid as there is no official complaint before 7 years considering that case is closed against favor after 7 years. E.g. Dec 31, 2020 is completion of 7 years. Divorce case filed on Dec 20, 2020 and a CSR/FIR is available. We go to court on Jan 10, 2021 and for some reasons the police complaint is proved as invalid in court. In this situation whether the case filed in court becomes invalid as there is no legal case either in police station or in court before 7 years of marriage. 4) Or is it mandatory to file a case in court before 7 years of

If either of the spouses is not heard for a long time, should the divorce be applied? If there is proof of the absence of spouse without any information to the other spouse about his whereabouts for a continuous seven years period, a petition should be filed in this regard in the court.

diverse case can for can file at any period even after 7 years also only the harassment case does not fall so you should make a clarity that what case you are speaking about then only we can give a legal remedy or solution to your problem
