Don't have money for divorce

Hindu.Married in Dec 2016.have a kid 4 months.husband did not provide financial assistance throughout pregnancy and mentally abused me. Now wants custody to the kid as well as divorce. I have no money no job. He has hired a lawyer. Pressurising me to quicken divorce. What do i do?
Are you still staying with your husband? He cannot take divorce from you as well as the custody of the child without any genuine reason and you have a right to contest any proceedings against you by your husband.

You have to wait for some time for divorce because your marriage is solemnised I 2016 so could not get divorce before two years ,but you can demand maintenance from your husband and your husband couldn't get the custody of this child also .if you are in noida than I can help you any ways
