Domestic voilance ,forcing for kid,dowery my in-laws always torture me

I got married before 8month my husband and in-laws force me for kid even I don't want my husband do sexual assault because his family force him for kid .my husband dont give me freedom for use social media,even he refuse me for study n job he don't let me meat my family what should I do plz suggest
Madam.. You may file a complaint under domestic violence act. Also, if your husband is doing violence, then you can file a divorce petition as well.

First of all you have to decide that to continue your marriage or not. if you decide to continue then involved some common friends, relatives or elderly people in your family and discuss all the issues with your husband. Otherwise you can file a police report against your husband and other inlaws in concerned police station for demand of dowry and Cruility under section 498A I.PC and 3/4 Dowry prohibition Act. You can also file a petition under section 12 of domestic violence Act against your husband and other inlaws before the concerned Criminal Court. You can also file a petition under section 125 Cr.P.C for the maintenance from your husband.
