1.If person performs second marriage with all ceremonies, without taking lawful divorce from first wife and hiding the fact of his first marriage can be punishable under bigamy?
2.What about second wife and all other relatives who attends the marriage?
3.Whether they are also punishable same as the husband?
Yes even if man solomnised his second marriage by hiding his first marriage he will be get booked under the penal provisions for biagamy also all people with him will get booked under conspiracy. If they were unaware then they can book him under provisions of fraud.

1. If he has married hiding his first marriage then he has deceived the person with whom he has married second time and therefore if she files complaint then it's an offence u/s 420 of Indian penal code.
