Apko apne husband par cruelty ka case krna chaeyiye. Lekin phle ap apne husband aur uski extral marrital affair vali ladki ke proof ikathe kr lejeye taki apko police me ya court me prove krne me koe dikkat na aye..Aur ye extra marrital affair is also a ground for divorce also . As far as your problem related to extra marital affair of your husband is concerned, in 2018 Supreme Court had struck down Section 497 of IPC which dealt with the crime of Adultery. Therefore your husband can’t be punished for such act alone. However, you can file a complaint related to mental as well as physical torture against your husband and in laws under Domestic Violence Act 2005 or under section 498A of IPC which deals with cruelty and provide for a punishment for upto 3 years. You can also take this ground to file a divorce petition as well if mutual settlement between you and your husband doesn’t work.

aap apne husband per maintenance ka domestic violence ka dowery ka aur divorce ka kar sakte ho matlab total husband per 4 case kar sakte ho...aur susaral aur ladki per fir ho jaygi...adv se consult kar kar k police m report de skte hai..

Hello Madam, You can file case against your husband for mental cruelty and recently High court has held that Husband can be sent to jail for causing cruelty to wife. However, there are less chances of filing case against that lady as there are no such provisions. Still I can guide you aap kaise lady pe case kr skte hai. Please call for further clarification.
