Domestic Violence( Beaten Up By Husband)

My husband beated me on highway for 4 hrs, in pregnancy as he is asking for my whole salary but i denied to give then I complaint in mahila thana now they are calling me for counselling. But i need only divorce without wasting tym what should I do

Mam if you don’t want to live with your husband nobody in this world would force you to live with him it will be yours decision weather to live with your husband or not file for divorce suit citing the reason of cruelty and ask for gud compensation

aap agar husband se divorce chahty h to aapko divorce petition family court me dayar krna hoga jiske baade Aapke husband ko notice jayega or usko written objections ka time milega phir aapko evidence ka moka milega Or yadi aap chahe to mukadma ka kharcha bji aap apne husband se ke sakti h
