Domestic violence and threatening and forcing me to live separately.
11-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Already filed a petition for domestic violence against husband. But he managed the dsp and lawyers in the counseling and closed the petition. Now my husband is taking free legal advice at saki one stop center and bribing those lawyers, he is playing the drama and trying to take my elder daughter and turn her towards him. She is studying 7th Standard at my native. And he is not talking to me and kids. Not answering to our call. He is trying to prove wife as cruel. We asked one month to join him in Bangalore. But he sent a mail saying you decided to live apart from me etc. Need your advice how to proceed further. I dont have much money and I am not working also. Can someone suggest me a solution for my problem.
