I am 6month pregnant and my inlaw is abusing. And my husband Domestic violence has been started listening to his mom words I need to leave separately with my husband and children's
the best thing you can do is file a criminal case under 498 A in police station and also file a case of domestic violence against your husband and in laws and as for seperate residence, or for seperate accomodation in same house and also ask for maintenance and other reliefs which you require.
