Domestic violence and maintenance issue

30-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband is hard core drinker and several times i have faced domestic violence. I have 18 month baby and i am a housewife. I need to know when filing for divorce what proof i need to submit to court so that the child custody remains with me. His family demanded dowry on and off. So need to file case against them as well. Since they will know i have filed a case can i get the montly allowance from my husband'salary for taking care of my son or till case is going he will not pay me anything. Also does my son have share in his grandfather property?

Yes you can file criminal application under the provisions of domestic violence Act against him and can claim number of protection orders against him. Also you can file divorce petition and can claim alimony for yourself and for your child. Also your child will have hereditary rights.
