Not as a lawyer as a friend i suggest ki apko aise ghr me dubara nhi jana chaeye jaha par apki koe respect na hoti ho ya apse voh mar pitai krte ho. AND as a lawyer apke pass right hai ki ap apne aur apne bache ke liye meintance ka case file kr sakte hai aur residence ke liye domestic violence ka case bhi file kr sakte hai. and u have another option to file against ur husband and ur in laws u could file a 498-A IPC complaint at your concerned police station. u should case file against ur husband for matience for your and study of ur son and u can also file case under section 9 of hindu marriage act against ur husband for fulfilling marriage responsible tiess
