Domestic violence and false complaint

My husband and in laws were abusing me emotionally. I was about to file domestic violence case against them on August 2023 but at that time my pregnancy was confirmed so I was holding on. But now, they had filed restitution of conjugal rights case against me. That too I got the notice when my baby is just 37 days old. How can I proceed? I cannot live with such a mercyless irresponsible person. They had spoiled my life and at this time also they keep on torturing me. Shall I demand maintenance?

Dear Madam, You can immediately file multiple cases and claim maintenance in DV case and also file 125 CrPC for maintenance for yourself and your child. If you want you can file 498A of IPC and dowry harassment case against your husband and his family members.

you can seek for maintenance. you can demand maintenance from the court for you and your child against your husband .you can file a maintenance case .you can file 1. criminal case for maintenance or 2.even in the restitution case which is pending before the court already demanding maintenance.
