Q: Sister in law remarried ,staying in my house
Respected Lawyers, My sister in law who was a widow of my only brother has remarried . She is staying with her husband and 2 kids (born to my brother ) in my parents house. The property has not been registered , my parents and my only brother are dead. How can I claim my property and what best can I do because she is not willing to vacate the house and refuses to give the house documents.

Q: Domestic violence and false complaint
My husband and in laws were abusing me emotionally. I was about to file domestic violence case against them on August 2023 but at that time my pregnancy was confirmed so I was holding on. But now, they had filed restitution of conjugal rights case against me. That too I got the notice when my baby is just 37 days old. How can I proceed? I cannot live with such a mercyless irresponsible person. They had spoiled my life and at this time also they keep on torturing me. Shall I demand maintenance?
