I am Hindu. Meri sister ki shadi Bareilly me hui thi. Uska Pati or SaaS use maarte hai . Jab se mummy Papa ki death hui hai , tabse or Jada atyachar karte hai. Police Ko bulate hai toh vo application likhwa k ghar bhej dete hai.
Or uske pati Ko 1 din jail me rakhkar Bina karyawahi kiye chhod dete hai.
Humne Mukadme wali application likhi par uspar kuch karyawahi nahi ho Rahi.
Hume guidance chahiye..kya kare Kahan se kare. Hum bahut pareshan hai.
jaisa ki aapne apni problem me mention kiya h police dwara vaar vaar aapkki Or se application dene ke karan bhi aapke sister k husband pr koi action nhi ho rah h aapne apna place question me nhi likha h aap agar police k dwara kaaryawahi nhi chahty h to aap court me suit file kr sakte h court se aap domestic violence and dowey case Or maintenance ka case file kijiye court aapki jaroor sunega

You have two options first that you can file a case under section 156(3) Cr.P.C of 498 Indian Penal Code and second option you can file complaint case and get it done under Domestic Violence Act 2005. will be right for you

your sister should approach a local lawyer and file a complaint under domestic violence act. besides, If the police is not registering a case/FIR against her husband, she should file an application before the magistrate under section 156(3) Crpc.
