Domestic violence and Abuse on wife and what are the issues might face

Respected sir/Mam, I belong to lingayat family got married to bramhin. The guy is narcissistic. After marriage when I went 1st time to there home. He started beating and scolding using abusive words. I thought he might change but he is not... after I got pregnant also his behavior is not changed.

Dear client, based on your question, you can file a case under Domestic Violence Act or under section 498A .For your matter like you have faced changes in behaviour of your spouse subjecting on grounds of cruelty you can file case under previous mentioned section and Act .
