Does having a SEPARATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN HUSBAND AND WIFE help ?
Does the separation agreement have to be on a stamp paper ? If yes, please indicate the amount of stamp paper. Also please inform if the same has to be notarized / registered somewhere.
The husband and wife are planning to proceed ahead with mutual consent divorce in Mumbai.
If both the parties have decided to part their ways then there is no need to formulate separation agreement if their marriage is consumated one year before and they are residing separately since one year. They may directly approach court for mutual divorce

agreement wont suffice and also doing notary is not valid in the court in future if any of the spouse can claim anything from each other also for other marriage that will be a problamatic thing instead goin mutally to the court and getting a proper order is better
