Does person need both side adhar card to file one side divorce?
Case of divorce can be filed with Aadhar card of petitioner and without providing the Aadhar card of other side. Petitioner should provide residence address proof and marriage certificate or other evidences of marriage.

One aadhar card of the petitioner who is filing the case is sufficient. It will be taken to cross check whether you are residing within the territorial judicial of such family court. Better to file marriage card, marriage photographs, marriage registration certificates (if any) and also other documents required to avoid objections at scrutiny in the court.

Adhara Card is necessary only to confirm the address of you and the Marks Card to reflect the age only. So for filling divorce your Aadhar is mandatory if your filling from your place of residence. If divorce is not mutual then other party Aadhar is not required to file the divorce.
