hello friend, I have seen your query carefully and found that you are very desperate to find the proof of illegal child birth proof who is taken birth in a private hospital where he provisions of Right to Information is not applicable. I can understand that you need these document to prove the charges of adultery which can be a ground for divorce. in this regard I would like to inform you that you can only summoned the record from the hospital through the order of the court only. The name of hospital and date of birth you are already know. So you can summoned the record by Court order .
