Divorce without mutual from husband at the earliest

My sister wants divorce from her husband as he misbehaving and torcher her even he harm her and his own family. He is drinker and beat the children and my sister. The latest he tried to kill my sisters by knife, luckily she got little wound.
Please tell us legal advice to get divorce from him without consent because we know that he will not sign.

hello client as you are saying that your sister wants freedom from her married life as her husband tourted her in all possible manner ss well as her husband has also tried an attempt to kill also its was her luck she espaced.
in this situation it is the will of the girl tht she wants to countinue with her husband or not in your case your siater will get divorce for sure without the will of her husband.
