If you want to seek divorce from your partner ,then you have to send a legal notice regarding it to your partner mentioning the ground and reason for your divorce,I assume that this is not a mutual consent divorce,There are various legal provisions which need to be kept in mind and carry on the legal proceedings accordingly

Dear client, I have seen your query carefully and found that you want to take divorce from your partner however your marriage is solomnized one month before. According to the provisions of hindu marriage act you can not file a petition for divorce before completion of one year of the marriage. Ater completion of one year you can file a petition against your partner only on the grounds mentioned in the section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act.
