Divorce wife not coming to home. I have two kids

Wife not coming to home.. She want to stay her mom place.. Now she need money to lead life.. So she is black mailing me
please file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in the family court, so that atleast she comes to the court and there can be chances of settlement, if not you can proceed with the case legally.

legal action from your end is you should issue a legal notice calling upon your wife to come and join you at the matrimonial home. if she fails to return within stipulated period then you should approach court of law and file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights under Sec.9 of Hindu Marriage Act.
